I have to say The Cart is one of the hidden gems in Fort Collins. The owner and staff are beyond friendly and amazing. I have been here many times... read more and not once had a bad experience, drink, or atmosphere. If I lived closer I would come more often, but will make sure to stop by anytime I can! Bonus is that their Pumpkin latte is all year round! Everyone should try this place out.
